These local entrepreneurs not only bring creativity and passion to their work, but they also create welcoming spaces where everyone can feel seen, valued, and respected. Zest
Started in 2012, owner and operator Casey Staker has created a restaurant that is dedicated to providing its customers with an amazing experience filled with options for everybody to enjoy. Whether it’s vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free, Zest has it for you to enjoy. Zest’s chefs have been hard at work crafting a plant-based menu that’s suitable for as many different eating preferences as possible to ensure that all are included.
Forty Three Bakery
Formerly known as Streusel, Forty Three Bakery is a business that is “breaking the mold of tired, dated business models of previous generations”.
