First things first, let’s get you an account created. That’ll allow you to hook up your tickets, save your preferences, and even upload a fun little profile picture. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom of menu
  3. Click on “My Account”
  4. Click the “Sign Up” button
  5. Complete the form and click the “Next” button
  6. You will be directed to add additional information. Click submit and you're in!

Download the app and select create profile/login at the onboarding screen, profile page or settings page. This can also be launched by clicking access my tickets in a variety of spots if we put SSO over a SeatGeek login, that is up to yourselves. I would suggest it on days apart from match dat.

Create your profile. Select your username, email, and password. Then you can provide additional information to improve your app experience within the complete your profile page, this is where we can add additional fields.

Connect your accounts. Once you have created your account you can connect to Seatgeek so your app account and SG profile are linked. This is done after you complete your profile and click done, it will then prompt you to "connect to seatgeek"

Now your accounts are connected and you are logged into both the app and Seatgeek. This process will hold until the team opt to log you out which is very rare.

Next up, flip those notifications on. Decide if you want to receive breaking team news, in-game updates, special deals and more. While you’re there, you can also enable your location sharing. We won’t use it for anything creepy, we promise. We’ll only use it for things like sending you location-based alerts and offers if you’re at Allianz Field, for example. Here’s how to manage those preferences:

  1. Click on the Hamburger Menu in the top left corner
  2. Scroll to “My Account”
  3. Scroll down and you'll see settings to enable or disable different categories of push notifications and location-based alerts.

To change modes, tap the Home button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

At the top of the Home page, you'll see your current mode displayed.

Tap the dropdown arrow next to it, and then select the mode you want to switch to.

  1. Click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner

  4. Under “Customize Your Icon”, you’ll see several different icon choices.
  5. Select the one that strikes your fancy. Boom. Your icon is now special.

Enhanced Game Day Experience with SkyTab Wallet

Your Premium Membership unlocks exclusive benefits through the SkyTab Wallet integration in the RSL app, making your game day experience seamless and rewarding.

  • Automatic Club Cash Top-Up: Five hours before every game, your designated Club Cash amount will be automatically added to your Wallet.
  • Spend Club Cash with Ease: Use your Club Cash for purchases at concessions stands and the team store. (Note: If your purchase exceeds your Club Cash balance, you'll need to add a credit card to your wallet to cover the difference.)
  • Scan & Pay for Concessions: At the concession stands, simply use the "Scan & Pay" feature in your Wallet. Your applicable Premium Member discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Just open your Wallet, select the Scan & Pay option, and the cashier will scan your QR code.
  • Team Store Pay: For quick and easy payment at the team store, use the "Team Store Pay" feature. Present your unique Team Store Code (QR code) to the vendor, and they will scan it to apply your Premium Member discount to your order.
  • QR Code Pay: At premium spaces, including the Zions Bank Club Seats, West Field Seats, North Ledge Box, and Southwest Led, use the “QR Code Pay” feature to have your discount automatically applied to your purchase.
  • Manage Your Payment Methods: In the "Payments" section of your Wallet, you can securely add and manage your credit cards. These cards can be used for Scan & Pay transactions, providing a convenient payment option.
  • Transfer Club Cash to Other Fans: Share the RSL love! You can easily transfer Club Cash to other fans by using the "Send Club Cash" button. Simply enter the amount you wish to transfer and the recipient's email address.
  • Automatic Discounts: Enjoy an exclusive 20% discount at concessions and a 15% discount on team store merchandise. Your Premium Member discount is automatically applied when you use Scan & Pay or QR Code Pay.

STM (Season Ticket Members): Streamlined Purchases with SkyTab Wallet

As an STM, you can enjoy a smoother purchasing experience at the team store and concessions with SkyTab Wallet.

  • Team Store Pay: Use the "Team Store Pay" feature in your Wallet at the team store. This allows for quick and easy transactions, and your STM discount will be automatically applied. Open your Wallet, select the “Team Store” option, and the cashier will scan your QR code.
  • Manage Your Payment Methods: Add and manage your credit cards securely in the "Payments" section of your Wallet. These cards can be used for Scan & Pay transactions.
  • Scan & Pay for Concessions: At the concession stands, simply use the "Scan & Pay" feature in your Wallet. Just open your Wallet, select the Scan & Pay option, and it will pay using your added card.
  • STM Discount: STM members receive a 15% discount at the team store when using the Team Store Pay.

  1. Download the new Utah Soccer App
  2. Sign into SeatGeek within the Utah Soccer App
  3. Click Matchday at the bottom of the screen
  4. Click My Wallet at the top of the screen
  5. Add your credit card to your Wallet within the app
  6. When checking out at a concession stand, if your balance exceeds your Club Cash balance, you will need to have a credit card added to your Wallet within the app to pay through Scan & Pay. You will not be able to use your Club Cash and a physical card in the same transaction, so please be sure to add your credit card to your Wallet.
  7. Click Payments then turn on your Club Cash by clicking the toggle in the right-hand corner so your Club Cash will apply to all purchases
  8. At the concession stands, use the Scan & Pay button within your Wallet to pay for your concessions. Scan the QR code at the register and complete the transaction on your mobile device. Your 20% discount will automatically be applied to your concessions purchased (excluding alcohol)
  9. At the Team Store, use the “Team Store QR Pay” button and present the QR code at the register, and they will scan it to apply your Club Cash to your order
